Welcome to Portuscale. By accessing or using our platform, dashboard, APIs, or operational consoles, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following comprehensive terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Agreement
By creating an account, accessing, or utilizing Portuscale services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that organization.
2. Authorized Platform Usage
Portuscale grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform solely for authorized association management, passenger manifest registration, baggage control, and financial operations.
3. Account Security & Credentials
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their authentication credentials, API tokens, and access keys. You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your organization account.
4. Data Protection & Privacy Compliance
Portuscale processes passenger, member, and transactional data in compliance with GDPR and international data protection standards. Entities using our platform agree to maintain appropriate privacy disclosures to their end users.
5. Service Availability & SLA Commitments
While we strive for 99.9% platform availability across Cloudflare Edge infrastructure, scheduled maintenance window updates and unexpected network disruptions may occur. Critical SLAs are governed by enterprise contracts.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary code, branding, vector visual assets, design tokens, and system documentation belong exclusively to Portuscale Technology. Unlawful reverse engineering or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Financial Billing & Invoicing Terms
Subscription fees, API usage tiers, and invoicing modules are billed according to your active agreement. Overdue balances may result in temporary suspension of administrative API credentials.
8. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to transmit malicious payloads, perform unauthorized penetration testing, exceed rate limits, or utilize Portuscale infrastructure for fraudulent passenger manifest records.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Portuscale, its directors, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from operational interruptions or loss of operational data.
10. Termination & Offboarding
Either party may terminate platform access upon written notice. Upon account termination, your stored manifest logs and member registries can be exported in standardized JSON/CSV formats before deletion.
